1. Drive operational excellence of the club, by implementing and following standard operation procedures, conduct self-assessment & health / safety audits.
2. Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the Sales Force, Group Exercise and Fitness/ Personal Training force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
3. Implementing sales and marketing strategies; analysing trends and results of the local operation in conjunction with the HQ team.
4. Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal targets of the sales force, aligning with company sales policies and strategies and the overall budget.
5. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key local demographics.
6. Develop, maintain and execute marketing plan in conjunction with the sales plan.
7. Provide and analyse daily reports of Sales Force and communicate data to superiors.
8. Manage and administrate the entire fitness & group exercise operation and assisting in the Fitness/ Personal Training operation.
9. Maintain group exercise attendance volume, to support retention, to increase net membership growth, offer the desired product mix and upsell Personal Training services by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
10. Analyse and optimise the group exercise operation, via its attendance and ensure the class schedule matching the member flow and peak operational timings.
11. Provide on-the-ground support for Group Exercise & Personal Trainers, as they generate leads and upsell packages by working the gym-floor and doing sales calls.
12. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them.
13. Provide and analyse daily reports Group Exercise, Fitness Training and Personal Training and communicate data to superiors.
14. Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition.
15. Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the direct reporting team (seniors, supervisors, team leads) and manage their development program accordingly.
16. Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts.
17. Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans.
18. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; research online, establishing personal & professional networks; participating in professional societies.
19. Analysing, auditing and forecasting.
20. Strictly adhering to the Company Policy at all times.
21. Assistance in recruitment and continuous training of all team members.
22. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
