This high intensity functional fitness class is constantly varied and designed to get you as FIT. as possible! During this 50-55 minute session you will jump, swing, squat and press yourself to FIT.ness. Expect a full body workout that will have your heart racing. As FunctionalFIT. sessions are led by a world class instructor, they are suitable for all fitness levels and abilities.
SpinFIT.
For 45-55 minutes our team will have you feeling exhilarated as the music pumps and the disco light flash. FIT. indoor cycling classes focus on endurance, strength, interval, high intensity and recovery, and involve using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel. This is a perfect fat burning, low impact, high intensity fitness session. Spinning with FIT. is suitable for all fitness levels.
Yoga
Our dedicated yoga studio is the ideal place for you to work on postures, practice alignment and promote flexibility. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement during this session that is suitable for all abilities.
MMA FIT.
Our Combat Studio is epic. The studio alone, will provide you with the motivation you need to ensure you achieve the absolute maximum from your workout.
During our MMA FIT. sessions you will stimulate your metabolism while improving your strength, explosiveness, and agility. The class utilizes concepts and ideas professional MMA fighters use in their strength and conditioning, along with many different types of exercises, ranging from interval training to plyometrics and weights.
This is a non-contact session that is suitable for all abilities and fitness levels.
